Account Access Identifiers in Snowflake

A Snowflake account identifier uniquely defines a Snowflake account within an organization. An account identifier includes both the Snowflake organization name and account name. Each account in your organization can have its own set of users, roles, databases, and warehouses.

  1. Log in to your Snowflake account

  2. Use your cursor to navigate to your account information in the bottom left corner of the Snowflake UI. Hovering over your account will reveal a link to View Account Details.

  3. Your Snowflake Organization Name and Account Name are visible and able to be copied and pasted into the Bobsled UI.

    1. The Data Sharing Account Identifier can also be used and is a combination of Organization Name and Account Name


How does Bobsled use Snowflake Account Identifiers?
